I've been a certified health coach for 10 years, working with diverse clients in both the corporate and private sectors. I believe in providing a judgement-free environment that helps build trust, increases motivation, and creatse positive outcome.
With 30 years of experience as both a board-certified athletic trainer and certified personal trainer, I am able to create a well-rounded plan to work around an injury, be more active, or improve an area of pain or discomfort.
